Our Claims Philosophy

Because making a claim while you are ill can be both difficult and stressful, our claims philosophy is centered around you and your return to good health. Our aim is to provide you with a support network to facilitate your claim process and to expedite resolution of your claim.

Our insurance partner, TOWER Australia, have dedicated case managers who act as additional points of contact to manage your claim. Your case manager will personally manage your claim by maintaining regular contact with you and your treating doctors. Where suitable, a rehabilitation provider will be appointed to assist with your gradual and sustainable return to work - at no cost to you.
