Because making a claim at the time of ill health can be both difficult and stressful, we aim to provide you with a support network to assist in having your claim handled as sensitively and speedily as possible. To do this we represent your interests with insurers. The level of our involvement is entirety up to the claimant and their family.

Rehabilitation services

Our insurance partner TOWER is committed to supporting all claimants in their efforts to return to wellness and work. That’s why rehabilitation services are offered and specifically designed to make attempts to return to work a reality.

We care

As part of our efforts to become part of the support network for our customers who need to make a claim, we try and set ourselves apart from the rest by:

·         Offering grief counseling to the family of the deceased through an external professional body, where identified as suitable

·         Upon initial notification of a death claim, we send a sympathy card and a flower arrangement to the family of the deceased

·         Same day responses for initial notification of claims to ensure all claims are handled with the appropriate urgency
